• While we will accept and consider all submissions (from all poets of all backgrounds and levels of experience), we particularly encourage contributions that resonate with this year's theme. The aim is to reflect on our contemporary challenges, provoke thought, and, most importantly, inspire change and offer solace.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROJECT?

ORIGINAL POEMS:

• If you enjoy writing poems, this is a good opportunity to share some of your creations with the world (together with a short author`s note where you document your experience writing & submitting the poem).

RECOMMENDATIONS:

• Is there a poem that you connected with on a deeper level? If yes, submit it as a recommendation, complete with a short essay (approx. 200-250 words) detailing your feelings/connection to the poem and why (or to whom) you are recommending it.

ILLUSTRATIONS:

• Are you good at drawing, painting, or digital art? 

• If yes, you could submit a recommendation of a poem complete with illustrations.

• Alternatively, you could create illustrations for the original poems or recommendations submitted by other participants.
